1. Description of the Service

Yevandrium AI provides software-assisted analysis intended to support capital allocation decisions for small and mid-sized businesses. The Service generates proposals and recommendations based on data supplied by the user and automated analysis. All recommendations are advisory in nature.

2. No Automatic Execution

Capital allocation suggestions produced through the Service are proposals only. No transfer, investment, or allocation of funds is executed automatically. Any action based on a recommendation requires explicit review and approval by the user before implementation.

3. Not Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice

The Service does not constitute financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Outputs generated by the platform are informational in nature and should be evaluated alongside independent professional judgment. Yevandrium AI does not guarantee any particular financial outcome, return, or result from decisions made using the Service.

4. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must be authorized to act on behalf of the business for which you use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information when using the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

Any business or financial data you submit remains your property. By submitting data, you grant Yevandrium AI a limited license to process that data solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service, subject to the terms of the separate Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yevandrium AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business opportunity, arising from the use of or inability to use the Service, even where Yevandrium AI has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Yevandrium AI makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any recommendation generated by the platform.

11. Termination

Yevandrium AI may suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are violated, or for operational or legal reasons, with notice where reasonably practicable. You may discontinue use of the Service at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the registered place of business of Yevandrium AI, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
